cnc sump baffle (2003 R1)
Hi.
I need a sump baffle to my 2003 R1.
I'm only considering cnc due to the better finish of this parts (Am I wrong??)
what do you think about the fluke motorsport one? Any others to consider for this price (or near)?

Speak to Paul Rogers (progers) on here, he does some very nice ones and cheaper than the Fluke/JR CNC machine'd ones.
Ive actually got one of the CNC jobbies but only because it was as it was already installed in my engine, before I bought it Colin (colibriman) lent
the engine to the chap who makes the CNC baffles to trial fit one to a later 2003 engine.
I dont think CNC machining of these baffles gives any advantages over a well laser cut baffle like Paul's, other than possibly looks if you like
the swirly machine marks.

Thanks for the plug chris
Joao, as Chris says mine is laser cut baffle so very accurate. I even supply some instructions to make it easy for you. See pics in my photo archive.
It definitely works as it was used in a works RGB race car last year with no oil surge problems.
I normally sell these for £30 incl P+P, for Portugal it will be a little more to cover international postage. Contact me at progers63@btopenworld.com
if you want any more details.
Cheers
Paul
