I would check it whilst not running the engine, get someone to dip the clutch whilst the engine is in gear and see if you can turn the prop. If not,
then its either a stuck clutch plate or you're not disengaging it properly. If the former, often letting the engine oil warm up will free it up
over 5-10 minutes in neutral, in conjunction with a bit of wood etc propping the clutch pedal to the floor.
If the latter, then obviously need to check the cable throw etc. Make sure you're actually pulling the clutch itself, and not just taking up the
slack. There's about 90 degrees of sprung travel before the clutch even starts to pull, this first bit you can easily do with your fingers on
the lever, but when it goes solid is where the clutch should start to disengage, you'll only do this bit with the pedal / cable, or some mole
grips etc on the lever
