bike engin ??
Hi all I have been thinking about a bike engine for my car but I know next to nothing about them. So witch engine how much will it cost and where do I
get it from what are the other considerations of this type of set up ???

The default choice seems to be the honda fireblade, but also the kawa zx9R gets used.
Honda blackbird, and if yet rich, a hayabusa are also used.
Make sure you but the whole engine setup, to include the motor, all ancilliaries such as starter and generator, and absolutlely the elctronics boxes
and wires, carbs and ideally air box / pipes.
A blade engine will go for around 800 - 1000 quid.
Ebay is a good place to look

there are usually a few on there - i think there is a blackbird on there right now.
if you dont get all the bits with the engine you will have money problems......the cost of jap bike spares are astronomical so you dont wanna buy
extras.
I have an unproven theory that if you wanna save money, smaller engines like a cbr600 still make 100 hp and cost 350 quid up.
Im assuming these still make enougth torque........wouldnt give you the biggest power, but more bang per buck.....

work has only a 64k link for 30+ computers!
I browes when im waiting for summat to finish downloading to a target computer for testing (software development) or when im just feeling pi$$ed
