Mines fine, as long as you get a decent amount of movement on the lever, no issues at all...
Its only for manouvering anyway, not like your gonna be doing an autotest with a bec..
Opinions are like backsides..
Everyone has one, nobody wants to hear it and only other peoples stink!

I was put off using one by a few owners who said they were very noisy, clunky and hard to engage. Im sure there are ones running with no problems but
for 700 quid I thought I could spend that more wisely.
A BEC is a piece of pi55 to push and youll save yourself not just 700 quid but the drive train loss of running one no matter how significant.
There will however be occassions where you need it due to your personal circumstances but I think most of the time, most owners can manage with
pushing.

Mine is OK now, it'sbeen back to Quaife three times, last time I had to take it there myself to show them the problems . . . but they did fix it
and it's been fine since.
It doesn't clunk that much, most of the clunking comes from teh bike gearbox but the reverse box doesn't help.
If you can do without one then do, car will be lighter, quieter and you'll have an extra £600 for somehting that will makle it go faster forward
