battery

What battery is the best to use? I was using a Yausha genuine for my 'busa but I haven't had it long and now it's flat and not accepting a charge.

Use the same again - IIRC allowing a bike battery to go below 11V is suicide.

Buy a trickle charger and regularly re-charge.

Yes, it's my own fault for doing that, ran it low when building the thing. Got a 12 month warranty with it though so if i can dig out the receipt.....

and I've been told that running the engine with a low battery may fry the silicon rectifier. Whatever that is. Something to due with electricity, changing AC to DC, or something like that. Sounds expensive, at any rate
