I am fitting a accusump to a zx12r engine,
Has anyone done this or could they advise the best gallery to install it in.??

Sean,
the blanking plug that goes directly into the main oil gallery (Opposite the OEM pressure sender) is 5/8" or roughly 16mm, so should be plenty
big enough. Looks like this is also the best place to install the accusump - directly into the main gallery. Don't take my word for it though.
It's real tight to get the hex plug out though and you'll need a length of tube on your allen key for leverage to remove it.
