Fireblade oil level

Just wanted to check how you check the oil level on the blade, I am just wondering if you should screw the plug in and then undo it and read the level or just push it in (but not screw it) and then remove and check level??

ta,
Rich.

Guys, bear in mind it's an 893 and doesn't have a sight glass, only dipstick.

Off to Brands tommorrow, hoepfully will be dry!

If I overfill a bit will it matter??

It's just over the top mark on the dipstick after I filled it up but haven't run it yet

Is this ik?

Rich.
