I have a problem with my carb never mind defrosted fruit..

I thought this was a forum for locost builders?. I thought I had clicked onto a Delia Smith forum. Help me with my carb problem pleeeease.
(If I defrost my carb can I refreeze it or will it turn to mush?)

I recommend brushing with goose fat and gas mark 5 for 20 minutes.

At this time of year, bacon is the only choice of basting/garnish......
