Sprocket tooth amount?

What will give a good mix of acceleration and good cruising speed? i will be running a XJR1300 engine to a chain diff and could do with some examples of sprocket ratios?

Thanks.

use the stock ones to start with and work out the difference between the bike wheel and the car wheel which will be about 20% lower. my kitten runs on 10"wheels and standard tl1000 gearing which is 30% lower than the bike due to the diddy wheels and its at 11mph per 1000rpm which is a good compromise
buy a proper chain splitter of m+p too its about £60 but well worth it . ive cut my rear sprocket in half too so i can get it off qiuckly too
