While putting some miles under the belt of the newly fitted engine, i have noticed, thay between 4500 and 5000 revs it splutters a bit, not much, but it makes a difference, up to, and after these revs, it goes like hell, anyone any idea's.

spluttering and hesitating is not the same to me, latter too little fuel and former too much. Have you had it jetted and rolling roaded?

Defo hesitant, the carbs have been rejeted, so i guess they need setting up.

had a similiar problem on a megablade turned out to be rubber underneith the filter backplate no sealing it had come out of groove on carb .could also be a plug lead/cap breaking down
