help buying a zx-12
ive found a zx-12 and would just like some advice on things to check when i get there

You buying the complete bike or just the engine?

Just seen your other post. Ask lots of questions and make sure it comes with all the sensors needed to get it running. The air intake temp sensor and
ram pipes are actually fitted into the frame and can be easily overlooked. Make sure you get these. Also, try and get the fuel pump and fuel sender
unit which are located in the fuel tank, together with the sealing gaskets. Also, if you can, try and get the clocks. This will hopefully verify the
mileage.
Like Al says, check the engine number hasn't been tampered with and look for any external damage.
