Engine dimensions

Hi all, just a quick blade question, if you were to imagine when looking at the sprocket that an imaginary centre line was to be drawn vertically from the centre of the sprocket (with the engine sitting at the correct angle for a car installation) how far out would the most outwardly bit be from this centre line? i think that makes sense... ill try and get a drawing up.
