PROP

Is the prop standard on all becs, with a different flange depending on engine?

All the output shaft adapters Ive seen fit the same diameter flange, but there's no hard and fast rules on it, if you can get a prop adapter made to certain dimensions and find a prop flange to fit it, its pretty much up to you.

ive already got the prop on the bird, just wondering if i can keep the prop for the busa swap- maybe changing the flange to suit.

Yep should be able to, unless it needs to be a different length to suit the fore/aft position of the busa output shaft, then its just a case of buying a new flange for about £50, certainly what I did when I converted from blade to R1
