PCIII quickie
The two wire connector on a PCIIIr. Does that connect to the Crank Position Sensor or something else. (2003 R1)

I would think so but my PC3r has plugs on it that just plugged into the existing loom so it intercepted the pulses, you could only wire it in one way
as the plugs only fitted one way, there as no splicing or joining of wires. Is yours not the same?

Yeah. It has two connectors for the throttle pots ( a 6 pin and a 4 pin) then the two pin connector that goes between something else. I guess
it's the CPS as thats the only connector I can see that it would fit on to but just wanted to check as the instruction book just says
'connect to this connector' and a grey picture.

Looking at this http://www.powercommander.com/maps/install/I405-311.pdf
I'd say it's Ignition related.

That's the manual I have but it doesn't say what the connector is and the one I think it should be isn't white, it's more of
an opaque colour.

Going from the instruction not to confuse it with a brown one, I'd say it's this

Ok. It's what I thought then. I've already cut the brown one from my loom anyway.
