Locost BEC ZX9R Build Diary

hi

as Im no expert at websites I thought Id start a build diary within this thread to help people with there build etc and layout some costs

Ill add to the thread every time I do something along with the odd picture

I needed the Buzz of a BEC again but didnt want the money sitting in the garage when its bad weather like my last MK R1
I reckon I can build as good as looking car for much less

taking into account I cant weld so have had to purchase a few ready done parts

SO FAR:

Stuart Taylor Chassis £500
Wishbones/ Bushes £175
Pedal Box plus twin master cylinder £145
ZX9r cradle £90
MK Eng X roll Bar £100
Cortina Uprights/Hubs £60 (ta conrod)
2.4 Quick Rack and column £100
MK2 AXLE 3.54 with drums etc £110
Micra Rad £25
