What's the best size of MC for an 04 - 06 R1 Clutch?

The one off the bike, or a Willwood of the same diameter as the bike one.

Yep!
I am planning a wilwood pull type on my R1 engine and a stop on the pedal so I don't kill the clutch!
Have a look at lsdweb's archive. I think that he has some pictures of a mini one being used.
