R1 Engine management

Hi,

I have just been rolling the car up and down the drive to lock the breaks and niticed that one idel my engine is fine but if i rev it hard or when i pull off the engine management light comes on (no error codes are shown on the dash) it either stays on while revving or just goes off. I have checked all the earths are good but cant find what is causing it.

any suggestions? Its an R1 5PW (2002/2003)

Mine throws a speedo fault code if it runs too long without moving/rolled in neutral. Code 42 I think. Goes off if you restart.

Just one of those odd things in the programing.

mine isnt thowing any codes its just lighting the orange light when on the move or revving hard

crank/throttle position sensors? are all the vacuum slides working okay?

Mines a 5VY so a bit different on the diagnostics.
