MTX75 questions

A couple of questions regarding the MTX75 gearbox, for more relaxed cruising I would like higher gear ratios in a MTX75 gearbox from a V6 Mondeo.
1, Does anyone know a good MTX75 gearbox rebuilder? If so he could answer my questions.
2, Does anyone know if the internals from a Focus 1.6TDCI will fit into the V6case? I know the Diff gears will swap but the actual complete internals would be better.
