Blade Engine

I've been offered a 97/98 918 blade engine, what would be a good price?

I want to use it in a new build MK Indy, how difficult would it be to get it through the SVA?

Would appreciate your thoughts.

Thanks.

Prob £600~800

Need Cat for SVA but they usually fall off afterwards.

Some issues with emissions but nothing too difficult.

Thank's for the feedback, I'll think I'll probably go for it.

I'll let you know how I get on.

I'm in Nottinghamshire and no I haven't. driven one.

Well I've done it, now the proud owner of a 98 blade rrw which I got for less than £600.

Now just got to get the engine out and decide what else I need to keep from the bike.

Suppose I should now see about getting the sierra bits and pieces and ordering the kit from MK.

You should be able to get everything you need round at Bits'n'Pieces then. Kev and June have all you need there .

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
