Which Dynojet Kit for R1

I need a dynojet kit for my R1 engined car. I have a foam filter without an air box and an equal length 4-into-1 exhaust with straight through silencer. Which dinojet kit do I need, stage 1, 2 or 3?

Are they easy enough to fit or am I best getting somone to fit it for me?

The stage 2 kit would be ideal, but (as they dont do one for the R1) the stage 3 should be ok...

Stage 1 is designed for retention of the exup valve

Simple DIY fit, but for best performance, a dyno setup is advised

The TTS dynojet kit specifically for BECs supplied the following

1) Dynojet needles
2) 140, 144 and 150 main jets
3) Some epoxy glue to block the pilot jet and one of the holes in the slider

I'll dig out the original instructions I got and give a bit more detail about 3). This setup worked really well for a sausage filter setup. I used 144 mains.

I used the same TTS kit, though as I'm using an exhaust to the same design as Rich Miles (I bet he never realised just how famous he'd become! ) I raised the needles a notch as that is what he found best on the dyno.

It works beautifully, although I'll be sticking my set of shiny Keihin FCR41 flatslides on soon......

I used the same dynoject kit but swapped between 144 and 150 jets depending on the silencer fitted. It ran a little rich at low revs but was on they money at the top. Clip 3 IIRC.

I'm using 144 mains, and may be running in 3rd on the needles. If stock (TTS) is 2, then I'm one richer....

I spoke to TTS yesterday. Dynojet kit is £95 + VAT = £111.63.

Dyno time is £60+VAT from memory, except that they are having a new one fitted and it won't be ready till the end of the month.

I must phone them back and order the kit.
