2002 R1 connector ID help.

I'm hoping someone can help.
What is this connector?

What rating is the missing fuse?

My horn and fan earths come back here,

but as they're located at the other end of the car I'd rather earth them via the chassis than run more wires down the tunnel. Is this a common earth, or is there more to it?

Thanks,
Martin.

I may be wrong but I'm fairly certain the connector is the Main Loom side of the connection to the headlight loom. It's the wires to the headlights, front indicators, headlight relays, that kind of thing. Marked 'A' on the wiring diagram.

Don't know the fuse off the top of my head and my loom is in the garage. Can check tomorrow if nobody else answers you.

Last one is just a common earth, they are all over the loom.

It was a year ago I did mine, so my memory may be a bit hazy but the top one I think is the plug for the multi function start relay that checks various switches (sidestand, clutch switch etc) before allowing it to fire.

The second fuse I think is just a spare 15A for the Fuel Injection fuse on other side, if you look I dont think it has anything connecting to it!

As to the earth, if you take the black cover off you'll probably see a bridging plug connecting them all to each other, so as long as you connect up the main earth wires in the loom that point will be already earthed so you should just be able to leave it as it is with the cover on.
