zx9r c2 value ?
just been offered a zx9r c2 with 6000miles on the clock and full history
complete with all running gear full exhaust system, clocks, keys etc
what should i be looking at paying for it ?

do ya mean a complete bike, or a damaged bike, or an engine? Id say around £300 would be good, £400 ok. Maybe more if you are sure its a good
'un. I bought a c1 for £200 several years ago.
clocks and exhaust probably add an extra 100 though, thought the exhaust isnt much use.

I purchased a ZX9R E2 engine for £800 including carbs, airbox, exhaust and all the electrical bits. Didn't have to buy anything to get it in and
running.
