which sumps mods

I'm planning my MK indy BEC build, and i'm just wondering about the
needed sump mods (trackday / race use as well as road)

yamaha R1 baffleplate max 100 £ all-bike
suzuki hayabusa drysump ( ? ££££££) TTS?
kawasaki zx 12 ????
honda 1100 blackbird ????

are there any zx 12 builders / websites??

does anybody know what are the best options+costs+sellers

Kind regards koen de jong

Ive nearly finished my blackbird injection indy and ive modified the sump by cutting 35mm off the bottom of it but because of the shape of the sump i was able to deepen the shallow part so there was no loss of oil capacity. I also put in baffles but some people dont even do this.
It doesnt take to long to do this. Took me about a full day and then i took it to mk for welding. It has made a very tidy job and is far better than paying £1000+ for a dry sump kit.

....unless it goes bang
Sadly the Blackbirds with wet sumps in cars seem overly prone to oil starvation and knocking out No.3 big end, have a search on the Yahoo BEC list and you'll see what I mean
