Hi Mark

I run 225lbs on the front, but there's not a lot you can glean from asking us lot unless someone has exactly the same suspension gemoetry / damper mounting position as your car, because one car could have 500lb springs and another with 200lb springs, yet both have the same effective springrate, which is the bit thats important.

You're probably better off asking in the Avon section as they should at least have the same suspension as you. Even if they aren't running a bike engine, you can probably scale down the springrate by working out the axle weight difference between their car and yours, which will probably get you closer than taking an average of all other BECs of unknown suspension geometry.

Exactly! A friend on mine runs 100lb springs on the front of his S2 Lotus 7 'Blade, most Strikers will be around the 130-150 mark, Locosts can range from nothing to god-knows-what, so it's a difficult thing to quantify unless someone has the same set-up!

Sorry we can't be any more help....
