insurance BEC (TRACK CAR)
Hi all,
I am looking for links or contacts to insurance companies that can cover:
Limited mileage
Track days (possibly)
And car being trailered
Who are you with and are they any good?
Cheers

Try some of these insurance companies. Most will do limited mileage policies.
Insurance Companies
We are with Adrian Flux and found them to be quite good, although they do have a habit of trying to sting you come renewal time. Nothing that a
bit of haggling can't sort out though.

Most do limited mileage, as unlimited on a kit is a waste of money. Not many do track days now, although my old insurer for my mini did. It was via a
broker HIC. I thought most policies covered it being on a trailer anyway.

From what I understand (and it might be wrong), the car being insured by its own policy on a trailer is a bit of a grey area if the car isnt road
legal, so if for example you fitted your trackday tyres (or slicks) and it fell off the trailer, the insurance company might try and wangle out
of it because it's not in a road legal state due to the tyres.
