Blade carb problem

If some of you remember I had a problem with my locoblade over fuelling, I think i've sorted that but a new problem has arrived:
When its ticking over its fine but when i put any revs on it seems ok but when the revs have died down I get a pop out of one of the trumpets and I can see a spark inside. Obviously a spark around the carb is worrying. Does anybody know what could be causing this.
Much Appreciated..
