fireblade wont start

Since september when my blade engine decied to break i've been slowly fitting my new engine.. I bought it from andy at ab performance and its a straight swop for the one that was in there previously. Problem is that it wont start. It was just turning over then the battery went flat. Hopefully gonna try later to start it. Any good pointers to what it could be?

Are you sure the battery has gone flat and its not a crap earth to the engine making the starter motor slow?

Anyway, Andy will no doubt sort you out so probably no point in going over the same old fixes again

Current weather isn't going to be kind to your situation.
Batteries die in cold weather and the sump will be full of sludge so turning the engine over is going to be difficult for even a fresh healthy battery...
Hope it went well
