bypassing r1 rad

Im going to try and start the engine today and im pretty sure i dont have quite the right selection of pipework to get the rad plumbed in propperly today.

Is it possible to bypass the rad just to turn it over and hopefully hear it fire up?

If so what hoses do i need to cap off and which should i connect to still allow water circulation?

Thanks
