Power Commander lost map

Has anyone come across this problem?

I took my dearest out in the car at the weekend and the bl**dy thing broke down.

It started missing, 6,000rpm in 6th and it was hesitating really badly, changing down the box to bring the revs up helped but it was still misfiring. I got to a point that we could turn around and the car died and wouldn't restart.

The only way I could get it to go was to swap back to the bike's ecu and drive home on that. I checked the PC3R out today and there software just said that the file version was incompatible, there didn't seem to be any kind of map on it at all. I've uploaded the map again but wondered if anyone else had come across this?
