Fuel Pipes
Just wanna check a couple of things before I make a start. I have carbed zx9 engine, am I right to think that I only need to run a single pipe front
to back/tank to engine and also what about the bridge over the De Dion axle? Can this be done in rubber or should I mount it to the chassis up and
around to avoid bridging the axle as said?
Cheers

I would of thought that it would be simpler to avoid the axle altogether anyway to solve the second problem you queried, but as for the first one you
queried -YES you only need to run a single fuel line from rear to front.
Although you may need a a breather on your fuel tank, and if you have that, then you also need a one way valve (£1.99 at most from a pet supplies
place for a fish tank filter) in it for your SVA
Cheers,
Steve.

Here's a shaky picture of my back end taken a bit ago.
Here
You can see that I 'd have to span over the diff and axle with a flexi or else run up the chassis back and back down the diagonals to the tank
area.Maybe

Hi i ran my fuel lines down the diagonal steels at the bottom of the chasse with the p clip riveted to the top and facing down so the pipe sat at the
same level as the steel then ran it down the bottom of the tunnel.

I would suggest that it is worth putting two fuel pipes down from the tank. Blank the unused one off at both ends.
Then if you ever decide to go EFi (or do an engine swap) you don't have to start mucking around under the car installing another line (or have a
swirl pot near the engine and get hot fuel and vapour locking).....
