usual procedure (as ive read it, not done it) is to make a inlet manifold to take TBs, and exhaust to take the turbo, piping in between, some sort of
programable ecu, and bobs your uncle. Easiest approach is to get it started on a dead basic program and then give it to someone who knows what they
are doing to sort it out.

MrTurbo (only in America)
Quote $4995 for a zx-12R kit
Exchange rate is good, but import tax isn't (maybe worth a trip, but those x-ray machines will be confused!)
Saves you the cost of a custom manifold/headers as the turbo ones are nice and compact and don't go under the engine, and you may not even need
much of a silencer as the turbo might muffle it enough, so could have the exhaust exiting out the side (save a few kg's)
I fancy the idea for my GSXR1100 build, but mine is water cooled, so they don't do the bits. MrTurbo doesn't seem to have an e-mail
address, so I guess you need to phone Texas direct. I am tempted just so I can hear him, I like the idea of asking "is MrTurbo in?"
