seized throttle blade engine

hi my throttle mechanism moves a few mm before it seizes up

before I remove the carbs any ideas anyone

you can barely see down the gap let alone get anything down there

Maybe the cable itself, you have got a decent earth haven't you

Just thought I would mention just in case it's been earthing via the throttle cable and has now welded itself inside the outer sheath!

turn the rotor that the cable fastens to, to see if the throttle will rotate and so if its the cable thats stuck.
