Sump baffle plate for 'blade

Where's the best place to get hold of a baffle plate for a 'blade? Just had my spare sump modified so thought whilst I'm swapping that I may as well put a plate in at the same time (I know they do well without, but it certainly can't harm!).

Is 25 + vat + shipping from Fluke about as good a price as I'm going to get?

Cheers, Sy

I doubt you'll get one significantly cheaper, I think I got mine about 5 years ago from STM for ~£15 but not sure if Ian still has any in stock or how much he now charges. Andy Bates at AB Performance would be worth asking though (01449 736633)

Price seems about right.
If, as Chris says you do give Andy Bates a ring, then make yourself a coffee beforehand 'cos you could be on the phone for a while! He is a top bloke who really knows his stuff and is always willing to discuss probs/ideas etc. you may have.

Andy.

Cheers guys. Spoke to Andy - same price as Fluke except in stainless (I think the Fluke ones are Ally, and I've seen the pics of cracked ally baffles). So ordered one

I just sat my sump on a bit of 18swg steel, and cut around it, then bored some holes in to allow the bis to drop through, cost nowt but an hour of time to make.
