1.Bottom hose to rad bottom hose.
2.Top hose to rad top hose.
3.Expantion bottom outlet Tee'd into either bottom hose (preferable) or top hose (thats where mine goes 'cos it was easier).
4.Thermostat bleed pipe and rad bleed pipe into expantion bleed pipe (use the Tee from 6).
5.Oil cooler outlet Tee'd into top hose.
6.Small pipe from bottom near sprocket and main bottom hose to throttle body thermo' valve (loose the Tee).
7.Other side of thermo' valve to pipe behind stat on head outlet.

On mine ive done:

Bottom pipe on radiator to bottom pipe on engine

Top pipe on radiator to top pipe on engine ( thermostat)

small pipe form thermostat into the top pipe

Oil cooler outlet to bottom pipe

small top outlet on polo radiator to bottom pipe on expansion tank

pipes from near the sprocket + throttle body to the top pipe on expansion tank
