My doner came with rear drums and in my infinite wisdom decided i didnt need them as i wanted disks so binned them with the rest of the car.
the purchased some cheap rear disk hubs got them shot blasted and painted up.
My kit arrives on saturday to decided i should fit the new bearings so my hubs are ready for fitting.
my new disk hubs dont fit on my driveshafts!
I was totally unaware of the different drive shaft ends
what are my options?

? got a photo of the problem? in what way don't they fit?
Unless you make hybrid driveshafts, I think your only option is to get a set of disc barke shafts (with Lobro bolt-on CV joints) and a diff with bolt-on flanges (good opportunity to upgrade to an LSD).
I'm a bit surprised they don't fit tbh, the sierra rear disks even fit my cortina drum brake hubs

my new hubs will not push onto the drive shafts

I have push in drive shaft at the moment, I wasnt aware of any size differences between push in and bolt on?
i now need to find a diff + drive shafts that bolt together is that correct?

Do you know what model the rear hubs that you bought came from?

I have got some rear drive shafts that i brought by mistake. they are the 108 ones i think, but i needed the 100mm OD.
This is because i am using westfield rear uprights.
I am unsure what is the standard though.
I think you'd be cheaper just getting hub flanges that fit the push on shafts rather than change the diff & shafts to suit a hub

im not off to a great start
Do you still have the drive flanges,if so you need to find some drum shaft bearing carriers the same as you binned and use some drum to disc conversion brackets for the brakes .Option 2 would be as others have said disc brake shafts stub axles and diff
