I would prefer 13"s but have 14"s. Before anyone says "well, buy some then!" the car is an Aries/STM IRS version. I don't think that it is possible to get 13"s that will fit over the rear uprights and calipers. As a result of having 14"s on the rear, I also have 14"s on the front!

I plumped for 14" as a compramise 13's would not fit over the calipers at the front but would over the drums at the back.
15's had less tyre wall than i wanted and as i have an old kit would be to wide.
Currently running a thin 185 60 14 front and back but thinking of going 195 at the back
