Progress Update

Well, while I have not been able to buy much whilst getting my tax payed, I was tinkering around getting some fiddly jobs done.
First I made a plate, to sit in the lower nearside chassis, that would take my battery.

This was then placed in position and bolted down then battery fitted and clamped down with 4 ali plates so that it cannot move in any direction. Then I finished making my battery cable and clamped it securely down in place. The results are as below.

This gives me free space on the scuttle deck.

Oh and the other thing I have been Faffing around with is inlet ducting to the air flow meter.

Just need to finish :-
Connect up Cooling system.
Connect hydraulic clutch.
Nose cone & indicator mountings. (awaiting parts)
Exhaust manifold & Exhaust. (still to get)
Fit Bonnet & Bonnet locking systems.
Fit seats. (still to get)
Fit Fuel Tank. (still to get/make PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, Trev, PLEASEEEEEEE)
Fit Rear Arches.
Fit Wheels & Tyres. (still to get)

Not much left now.

Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.
