In the SVA form its asking for Max spped. Im guessing that in theory my car should eb good for around 130mph, but how do I prove this? Do I need to??

Its to do with the tyre rating not the speed of the car

Find someone with a simular spec car for guidence.
You need to be sensible in your estimate.

They will check the speed rating of your tyres,
which needs to be higher than your quoted to speed.

Cant you put 70mph as that is the max speed you can do on the road?

130 is about right considering engine/diff/wheel package:-

Hayabusa/3:38 and 225/50/15

It states on the form that :-
"We may use manufacturers information where available, instead of the information you have given on the form, unless you send us satisfactory documetory eveidence to support the decloration"

Its based on the speed rating of the tyres you have fitted.

So I dont need to prove the speed then? If I say 130 and the tyres are capable of supporting a 160mph loading then all is good?

Yup, that's it basically.
