Oh God don't say that. I've just resent mine again today with receipts and photos. I need an SVA December or else I'm going to be
screwed with the IVA because I'm due to start a new job with no leave till April
I sent about 10 photo's with varying stages, well the ones i had taken anyway. Didnt know you had to until recently. And reciepts for major
build items as stated on the amater build declaration. Reading the letter you have to sign them to confirm they are copies not dodgies which i didnt
do, so il copy them again and sign them and send them with more photo's which i have just taken. Luckily the nose etc is off currently.
If theyr not happy with that then ill have to sort summit else oooot.
i had the same, wanted more photos incase i was just saying i had built it myself...despite the fact i had photos with me in them...in my garage with
an unbuilt car. then completed car...hmmm....
good luck though!

^^^^^ roflmfao
whts up with multi-posts today I had one earlier and about 6 identical popped up
ive sent about 20 pictures at various stages and reicepts for almost everything except for things ive begged borrowed or stolen
I just told them I didn't have any receipts. I advised them that building a car takes quite a long time and the DVLAs obsession with receipts is
only a recent thing. When I started building they weren't asking for receipts. So I didn't bother keeping any. And unless they could build
me a time-machine to allow me to comply with the rule they were trying to apply retrospectively then they could foxtrot oscar and take my word that I
bought the bits (unless they had the slightest scrap of evidence to the contrary). Innocent until proven guilty and all that.....

terribly sorry for the multiple post chaps, the internet was being slow and i was being impatient
Okay now you also seem to have post not showing as I replied last night but it's not here. Anyway just to say I have had the same letter arrive
yesterday so will ring to try to get sense from the chickens today.
Alan...
I have had the same letter, phoned them, didn't really help, apart from saying that if I could send copy of v5 of donor vehicle and a letter saying what I had used from it and what I had actually done, with more photo's and receipts, which I don't have as I have bought many second hand parts from ebay and club members, just waiting now to see if that's enough for them !!!!
Can't you just get a few mates to write you some "receipts" for parts?
Thats what I'm going to do.
