hi all, i not sure to put down on a few parts of the sva form.

question 5 on the sva from: "when would you like the test"

question 6 on the sva from: "at what time"

quetsion 7 on the sva from: who much do i send of?

question 19 on the sva from: "max road speed" for a 1.6 pinto

any help, will be great

5- the rough date/ month you want the test.
6 - morning or after noon.
7 - your 190 quid fee.
19 - the speed you think your car will do. Remember the max speed rating of your tyres, u want to be lower than that. id put 100.

what form have you got. The questions on mine are different numbers to yours. Mines sva1 july 2008. you must have an earlier one?

I have both sets of forms. They are different. I'd get a new set if I was you Stuart. I'd make the speed 125mph.

Did you download it??
If so it's maybe the old one. (my downloaded one was the old one)

My new one was sent out from the dvla when they issued my vin no.

i got my from the dvla. is there a lot of differance in the forms?

The questions are the same theyr just in a different order. All the same id use the newest form in the link i posted above just to be sure..

You need to send this form with it aswell..

And photos and photo copies of receipts of the major build items listed on the declaration. Sign the reciepts and put " certified copies" on them. Iv just had a letter asking for this for my application. I sent all the photos etc but hadent signed the receipts.

Good question I'd be intersted in the answer as well. I have over 300 piccies and would struggle to pick out the required ones.
I'd advise you to keep copies of EVERYTHING you hand to VOSA or th DVLA

not sure about cd i reckon theyd prefer proper pictures. I just printed mine off.
