hmm I'd wait till the road has dried off for a first drive or else the back end will be all over the place. Take the time to get use to the car and not just wrap it round something...

Got my plates yesterday and it hasn't stopped raining since and the weekend forcast reckons rain until Monday! Back at work then I need to find out whether I can get back onto my housing estate due to two rather large full road width size speed humps with wooden posts either side to stop cars going round, most of them around here are ok and should be fine getting off the estate but not back!! May have to reverse back up a 1 way street!! The speedhumps weren't there when I started my build three years ago, buggers
