For serial number I put the chassis no, engine number, etc. Where a part didn't have a serial number (suspention) then I put N/A.

For origin put the donor reg or NEW.

For make put Ford, MK, Spax, etc.

ALSO IF I WANT TO USE DONOR REG DO I JUST PUT COVERING LETTER IN AND SEND IT WITH SVA PAPERWORK+ SIERRA V5?OR DO I DEAL WITH THAT AFTER SVA?

Thats all done by DVLA when you come to register it, not VOSA at SVA time. V627/1 is also for registration.

With your SVA form you need to send the Am' build declaration form (available on VOSA site I think).

I put NEW in all the sections apart from VIn and engine number. For the engine I used the donor V5 as the receipt.

What if you buy your prop, hubs, driveshafts etc from the scrapper and don't have individual receipts for those?
