most probaly a dum ass question
just filling out sva 1 form got to q11 it says:
please give the date vehicle was first made or registered?

do they mean
a the year of the donor?
b the year the kit was made
c the date the actual kit car was finished

I put the day that the car was finished and had no problems. Besides, it wasn't a fully functioning car until it was finished.

i put 2009 and no problems
