HT Cable (shielded)

Evening All,my S.V.A test is the 27th Feb and was wondering do HT Leads need to be marked as shielded to pass or will blank black cables be o.k

I'd have thought your local trade motor factor for CEC leads - partco, etc., - but I'm not sure for a BEC.

Not exactly locost, but I found these guys helpful and they make leads to order:

This does not state that the cables have to be suppressed and marked. You could use suppressor caps (they probably ar) or an in line king lead suppressor.

I need to get some too as my leads are plain black.

Sorry for the hijack but does anyone know if 893 fireblade engines run better with carbon or copper leads?
