Rang local (gillingham) sva centre today to book my retest,

The unhelpful women on the phone asked for some reference number ending in Z....

I only have the fail sheet with me atm and its got nothing with a Z at the end.

I restrained myself from argueing with her and asking why she couldnt use other information to find my details.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? Where am i likely to find this number with Z at the end......

There is a possibility there is a Z at the end of your vehicle NR No: (top left of your failure sheet) there Is on mine

Ah ha,..... Yes it is on one of the pages... but not all.

I even bloody asked her if she wanted the NR no... her reply was dont know, does it have a Z at the end

When I booked mine back in she just asked me the date it failed and my surname and them popped off for a min and came back on the phone with all the papers.

Well impressed.

Definitely not the same "she" then lol

Got through, they still have dates in may. Although I went for june to be safe.
