up already booked day off work looked out the window to see it just start to rain

i called into see dvla this morning before the test spoke to there kit car man
he said he didnt need to see the car just get the paper work into him and give him a couple of hrs and he will give me a reg same day

a quick tip for all who have db limit problems
i tacked a curved plate over the end of the exhaust with a hole in it that was big enough for emissons probe
reduced level from 105 to 90.3

after 25 mins of my wife's time she came out of dvla cardiff with my reg details and tax disc off to fit the plates she picked up on the way back and go for my first drive
