Can anyone recommend IVA approved front indicators?

Not sure what type of look you are going for, but many use motorbike indicators on extended tubes from the nose cone.

Robin hood sell some quite cheep ones that may do.

I fitted Square ones purchased from a vehicle electrical suppliers.

Depending on which test centre you go to depends if they need to be e marked, but only requirement in the book is the fog light that I can see (plus B or F).

Just watch out for the minimum distance and height. That they do not foul the wheels/wings and things should be OK
