I have some nice aftermarket steel rims I want to put on ..
Anyone know the IVA position on rims other than correct tyre & rim fit sizes?

...but I'm not sure I understand the question. i'm sure the manual would be the best place to start
can't think of any specifics in the manual, except the edge of the wheel mustn't stick out past the arches/cycle wings
other than that, i don't think i understand the question either
I thought it was me
I don't think there are any 'specified' requirements as long as they are not ridiculously over/under sized and are legal and safe?
Sorry can't be much more help than that.
I bought some steel wheels ages ago made in USA on the inner rims..
Just wondered if it would be a problem ...
Got all the right nuts etc..

Just thought of another requirement... They have to be round! Don't think that mentioned in the IVA manual though
Seriously, there's no standard requirement (like an E-mark). those should be fine.
Cheers...
fitting some 185/70/13 yokohamas on tomorow then!!

More importantly, the tyre speed rating must be correct considering the expected max speed of the vehicle.
OT - those are nice looking rims.
I think center caps like knock off's are not allowed

Just wondering who the manufacturer is as in Canada I cant find anything like that Here or in the USA that is made in 4 bolt 4.25 x4
Thanks
