IVA Payment

To all you lucky people who passed their IVA test :-

To whom do I make the cheque payable, for the test? Is it VOSA, (who seem to have taken over this work), or does it still have to be DVLA?

Please advise asap.

for IVA it's VOSA

Application for IVA and the cheque go to VOSA (and always have). DVLA only deal with registration.
