Has any body had any dealings with the VCA also known as the Vehicle Certificate Agency?
Some one in their office has ordered a pair of top front wishbones from me and I'm wondering if I should be worried or not.....

I've spent the last 5 years trying to build a business from a £200 loan from the house keeping, I would like to know if I have drawn the attention of some one that could kill it all for me so if they don't like what they find.
